These Terms of Service govern your use of the MCP-G website and services provided by Green & Home Limited (trading as MCP-G), Company No. 04204020, registered in England & Wales.

By accessing mcp-g.com or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About MCP-G

MCP-G provides hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) server infrastructure and connectors that allow businesses to integrate their existing software platforms with AI tools including Anthropic Claude. MCP-G is a trading name of Green & Home Limited.

2. Services

Our services include:

• Hosted MCP connector servers for supported third-party platforms
• Custom MCP connector development
• White-label MCP infrastructure for agencies and resellers

Services are provided subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at consumers. By using MCP-G, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business or trade.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MCP-G services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive data
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or third-party services
• Resell or sublicense our services without our written consent

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to connect third-party platforms to MCP-G
• Keeping your API credentials and access tokens secure
• Complying with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you connect
• The accuracy of any data transmitted through our services

6. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in Great British Pounds (GBP). All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be charged where applicable at the prevailing UK rate. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

7. Intellectual property

All software, content, and infrastructure provided by MCP-G remains the intellectual property of Green & Home Limited. Your data remains your property. We do not claim ownership of any data you transmit through our services.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law:

• MCP-G is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of our services
• Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in that period

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by English law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately if you materially breach these terms. On termination, your access to our services will cease and we will retain your data for up to 30 days before deletion.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active customers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
